By creating an account, accessing SiteBoost AI, purchasing a paid plan or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms presented to you at checkout.

If you use SiteBoost AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

SiteBoost AI provides software tools for website analysis, SEO auditing, performance review, report generation, website project management and related website-growth recommendations.

Reports and recommendations are informational. Results can vary depending on website availability, third-party data, technical conditions and changes made by website owners or other services.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You must promptly notify SiteBoost AI if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

The standard SiteBoost AI paid offerings currently displayed for Lemon Squeezy checkout are:

The final product name, currency, amount, billing schedule, taxes and any renewal information are displayed before a customer confirms payment. If a promotional offer or other authorized pricing is available, the checkout amount shown before purchase controls that transaction.

Eligible SiteBoost AI purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy. For transactions processed through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy may act as the Merchant of Record and handles the secure payment transaction, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and payment-method processing.

SiteBoost AI does not require customers to provide full payment-card details directly to SiteBoost AI when payment is completed through Lemon Squeezy checkout.

Lemon Squeezy's purchaser terms, checkout notices and privacy terms may apply in addition to these SiteBoost AI terms.

If a paid plan is presented at checkout as a recurring subscription, it may renew according to the billing interval displayed before purchase until it is cancelled.

Where a plan is sold as fixed-term access without automatic renewal, access lasts for the purchased term unless terminated under these terms.

Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future renewal according to the applicable checkout and account-management terms. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a completed charge.

SiteBoost account credits are internal service credits used within the SiteBoost platform. They are not a bank account, deposit account, payment card or cryptocurrency balance.

Unless SiteBoost expressly states otherwise in a separate written agreement, internal credits are not transferable between users and are not redeemable for cash.

You may use SiteBoost AI only for lawful purposes and only to analyze websites that you own, manage or are otherwise authorized to evaluate.

You may not misuse the service to disrupt systems, bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, violate the rights of others or conduct unlawful activity.

You retain your rights in website URLs, account information and content that you provide to SiteBoost AI.

You grant SiteBoost AI the limited rights necessary to process that information to provide website scans, reports, account functionality, security and support.

SiteBoost AI may update, improve, suspend or modify features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, compliance or product development.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

SiteBoost AI software, branding, interface, original content and related intellectual property remain owned by their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a plan provides a limited right to use the service during the applicable access period. It does not transfer ownership of SiteBoost AI software or intellectual property.

SiteBoost AI provides website analysis and recommendations, but does not guarantee a particular search-engine ranking, traffic increase, revenue result, conversion result or other business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteBoost AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

SiteBoost AI may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of material violations of these terms, fraud, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material updates will be published on this page with a revised last-updated date.
